Terms of service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern purchases of programs, courses, coaching, training, digital resources, memberships, consultations, and other educational services offered by Luna Learning (“Luna Learning,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By completing a purchase through Luna Learning’s website or checkout, the Client acknowledges the program or service being purchased, the amount charged, and the payment terms presented in connection with the purchase. The Client also agrees to these Terms of Service and the applicable Refund Policy made available through our website and checkout.
These Terms apply to purchases completed while this version is in effect.
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
Luna Learning provides educational programs, training, coaching, digital learning resources, live or recorded sessions, templates, support, and related educational services.
The specific services, duration, features, and resources included in a Client’s purchase depend on the program or package selected and the offer presented in connection with the purchase.
Depending on the program, services may include:
-
Access to a training platform
-
Educational or digital materials
-
Onboarding
-
Individual or group coaching sessions
-
Live or recorded training sessions
-
Templates and educational resources
-
Support channels
-
Guidance relating to third-party marketplaces or business operations
-
Other resources specifically included in the purchased program
Luna Learning provides education and training. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Luna Learning does not guarantee any specific business, financial, marketplace, employment, certification, income, or other result.
2. PROGRAM TERM AND PARTICIPATION
The applicable program term, duration of access, coaching availability, support period, and other time-limited services are determined by the program or package purchased.
Clients are responsible for participating in the program and using the services and resources made available to them during the applicable program period.
Failure to participate, attend scheduled sessions, access available materials, respond to communications, complete onboarding, or otherwise use available services does not automatically extend the program term or create a right to a refund.
3. PROGRAM FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
The Client is responsible for the price and payment terms clearly disclosed in connection with the purchase.
Before completing a payment, the Client is responsible for reviewing the program or service being purchased, the amount being charged, and any material payment conditions displayed in connection with that transaction.
Where the full program price is paid at checkout, the amount charged represents payment for the applicable program or service identified in the purchase.
If Luna Learning offers and the Client selects an installment or payment plan, the payment schedule, amounts, and applicable terms will be disclosed in connection with the Client’s enrollment or purchase.
A Client’s decision not to participate after enrollment does not by itself cancel payment obligations under an agreed payment arrangement, subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed in connection with the purchase.
4. RESERVATION, DEPOSIT, AND ENROLLMENT PAYMENTS
Certain Luna Learning programs may allow a Client to secure enrollment by making a reservation, deposit, or enrollment payment before paying the remaining program balance.
When a payment is identified before purchase as a reservation, deposit, or enrollment payment, the payment reserves the Client’s enrollment in the applicable program and will be applied toward the total program price as disclosed in connection with the offer.
If a reservation, deposit, or enrollment payment is clearly identified before payment as non-refundable, the Client understands that the payment is made to reserve enrollment and will not become refundable solely because the Client later:
-
Changes their mind
-
Chooses not to continue with enrollment
-
Does not complete the remaining program balance
-
Becomes inactive
-
Fails to complete onboarding
-
Fails to attend scheduled sessions
-
Elects not to participate in the program
Any non-refundable condition applicable to a reservation, deposit, or enrollment payment will be clearly disclosed in connection with the applicable transaction before payment is completed.
Nothing in this section limits any refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be waived.
5. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
By voluntarily completing a payment, the Client authorizes Luna Learning and its applicable payment processor to process the amount displayed or otherwise expressly agreed upon using the payment method provided by the Client.
The Client is responsible for reviewing the transaction details before submitting payment.
Luna Learning may retain order confirmations, payment processor records, transaction records, electronic communications, and other appropriate business records relating to the transaction.
6. DELIVERY OF SERVICES
Because Luna Learning provides educational and digital services, delivery may occur through different methods depending on the program purchased.
Delivery may include providing or making available one or more of the following:
-
Account or training-platform invitations
-
Platform access
-
Onboarding instructions or onboarding services
-
Educational or digital materials
-
Individual or group coaching
-
Scheduled training or coaching sessions
-
Live sessions
-
Recordings
-
Templates
-
Educational resources
-
Support channels
-
Other services or resources specifically included in the applicable program
A service or resource that has been properly provided or made available does not become undelivered solely because the Client chooses not to access, attend, download, view, respond to, or otherwise use it.
Luna Learning may maintain records documenting when services or resources were provided, scheduled, made available, accessed, or communicated to the Client.
7. CLIENT PARTICIPATION AND INACTIVITY
Clients are responsible for actively participating in the programs they purchase.
Client inactivity may include, but is not limited to:
-
Failure to respond to onboarding communications
-
Failure to complete requested onboarding steps
-
Failure to attend scheduled coaching or training sessions
-
Failure to access an available training platform
-
Failure to use available educational resources
-
Failure to submit requested information
-
Failure to communicate with the Luna Learning team
Client inactivity, lack of participation, or failure to use services or resources properly made available does not by itself create a right to a refund.
8. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund eligibility depends on the specific program or service purchased, the type of payment made, the refund conditions disclosed in connection with the purchase, the extent of services provided, and applicable law.
Where a purchase is clearly identified before payment as final sale, non-refundable, or a non-refundable reservation, deposit, or enrollment payment, the applicable payment will be subject to those disclosed conditions.
Where digital materials, educational resources, coaching, onboarding, sessions, platform access, or other purchased services have already been provided or made available, Luna Learning may consider the extent of fulfillment when evaluating a refund request.
A Client’s change of mind, decision not to continue, inactivity, failure to attend, failure to complete onboarding, failure to use available services, or dissatisfaction with results does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Refunds or credits may nevertheless be provided where Luna Learning expressly approves one in writing or where required by applicable law.
Any approved refund or credit will be processed using an appropriate payment method and will be subject to applicable payment-processor and financial-institution processing timelines.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
9. REFUND AND CREDIT REQUESTS
Clients who believe they are entitled to a refund or credit should submit their request in writing to:
The request should include the Client’s:
-
Full name
-
Email address
-
Order information
-
Payment amount
-
Reason for requesting the refund or credit
Luna Learning will review the request based on the applicable purchase terms, payment type, services provided or made available, available transaction records, communications, and applicable law.
A refund or credit is not considered approved unless Luna Learning communicates approval in writing or the applicable payment record shows that a refund or credit has been initiated.
Submitting or discussing a refund request does not by itself constitute approval of the request.
10. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Luna Learning does not guarantee profits, revenue, sales, marketplace approval, account performance, business success, employment, financing, certifications, or any particular financial or business result.
Results vary and depend on numerous factors, including the Client’s effort, participation, implementation, experience, business decisions, market conditions, third-party platform policies, and circumstances outside Luna Learning’s control.
Testimonials, case studies, examples, projections, demonstrations, or results achieved by previous Clients are provided for informational purposes only.
Past results do not guarantee future results, and the results achieved by one Client do not guarantee that another Client will achieve the same or similar results.
11. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Some Luna Learning programs may provide education or training relating to third-party platforms, marketplaces, software, or services, including Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or others.
These third-party platforms operate independently of Luna Learning.
Luna Learning does not control or guarantee:
-
Marketplace approvals
-
Account availability or account standing
-
Sales volume
-
Marketplace algorithms
-
Policy changes
-
Account suspensions
-
Account restrictions
-
Third-party fees
-
Decisions made by third-party platforms
A suspension, restriction, marketplace decision, policy change, or other action taken by a third-party platform does not by itself establish that Luna Learning failed to provide the educational services purchased by the Client.
12. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client is responsible for providing accurate personal, contact, billing, and business information.
The Client is responsible for:
-
Monitoring communications from Luna Learning
-
Completing requested onboarding steps
-
Participating in the purchased program
-
Attending or scheduling included sessions
-
Following applicable third-party platform rules
-
Protecting their account credentials
-
Making independent business and financial decisions
The Client remains responsible for decisions and actions taken based on educational information provided through Luna Learning programs.
13. BILLING CONCERNS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If a Client believes a billing error occurred, a service was not provided as represented, or a refund or credit is due, the Client is encouraged to contact Luna Learning promptly at support@lunalearning.us so the matter can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution can be considered.
A payment dispute or chargeback does not itself determine whether the original transaction was invalid or whether a refund or credit was previously approved or owed.
When responding to a payment dispute or chargeback, Luna Learning may provide relevant transaction, communication, and fulfillment documentation to its payment processor, the applicable card network, financial institution, or other entity reviewing the dispute, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Relevant documentation may include:
-
Order records
-
Payment information
-
Program or service descriptions
-
Pricing and payment disclosures
-
Policies applicable to the transaction
-
Customer communications
-
Written acknowledgements
-
Onboarding information
-
Platform or access records
-
Session or attendance records
-
Support communications
-
Refund requests and responses
-
Other relevant business records
Nothing in this section is intended to prevent a Client from exercising a payment-dispute or consumer right available under applicable law.
14. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE AND COMMUNICATIONS
The Client agrees that transactions, agreements, acknowledgements, notices, and communications relating to Luna Learning services may occur electronically to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Electronic actions and records may include completing checkout, selecting confirmation buttons, checking acknowledgement boxes, submitting electronic forms, sending or responding to emails or messages, completing onboarding, or otherwise electronically acknowledging transaction information.
Luna Learning may retain electronic records associated with these actions as appropriate business records.
15. BUSINESS AND TRANSACTION RECORDS
Luna Learning may maintain records relating to a Client’s transaction and program participation, including:
-
Order confirmations
-
Payment records
-
Applicable checkout disclosures
-
The version of applicable policies in effect at the time of purchase
-
Emails
-
Messaging communications
-
Onboarding records
-
Access records

Coaching or session records

Attendance records
-
Support communications
-
Refund or cancellation requests
-
Written or electronic acknowledgements
These records may be used to administer the Client’s program, provide support, maintain appropriate business records, address billing matters, and respond to payment disputes as permitted by applicable law.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Luna Learning’s training materials, videos, recordings, templates, documents, systems, methods, presentations, resources, branding, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Luna Learning and are provided for the authorized Client’s use.
Unless Luna Learning provides written permission, Clients may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, sublicense, share, or commercially exploit Luna Learning’s proprietary materials.
17. CONFIDENTIALITY
Clients may receive non-public educational materials, systems, processes, templates, recordings, business information, or other proprietary information through participation in a Luna Learning program.
Clients agree not to improperly distribute or disclose Luna Learning’s confidential or proprietary materials to unauthorized third parties.
18. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION
Luna Learning may suspend or terminate program access where a Client materially violates these Terms, unlawfully distributes proprietary materials, misuses Luna Learning’s services or resources, or engages in conduct that materially disrupts Luna Learning’s programs or services.
Termination or suspension does not automatically create a right to a refund where the underlying payment is otherwise validly non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luna Learning will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from a Client’s participation in an educational program or reliance on educational information provided through the program.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Luna Learning may update these Terms from time to time.
The version applicable to a transaction will generally be the version in effect and made available in connection with that purchase, unless Luna Learning and the Client subsequently agree otherwise in writing.
Updated Terms apply prospectively.
Luna Learning will not represent a newer version of these Terms as having governed an earlier transaction when that version was not in effect at the time of the transaction.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by applicable law and the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any right or protection that cannot legally be waived.
